Shipping & Returns Policy
At Olivia's Heritage, we want you to love your skincare. Because our products are applied directly to the skin, we follow strict hygiene standards to protect every customer. Please review our policy below.

Shipping
We attempt to process within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. We ship via carriers and delivery times vary by location.
Once tracking shows your package as delivered, we're unable to replace lost or stolen packages. For extra peace of mind, you can add shipping protection at checkout.
Returns on Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us before sending your return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error with your order.
Opened or Used Products
For your safety and the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Skin Sensitivity or Reaction
Everyone's skin is unique. If you experience irritation, stop using the product right away and contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the product. We'll work with you on a store credit or refund.
We always recommend a patch test before first use.
Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you, with no need to return the item.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, samples, and gifts with purchase are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
In-Spa Purchases
Products purchased at our spa follow this same policy. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase.
